Response Times:

The following response times are established averages, based on normal operations. Weather, traffic
and call volume can and will affect our response times.
 
          Eaton, Evans, Greeley, Lucerne:  15 to 30 minutes.
          Galeton, Kersey, La Salle:  20 to 35 minutes.
          Ault and points north, Johnstown, Milliken:  40 to 60 minutes. 
          Platteville:  45 to 60 plus, minutes. 
  
Pricing:

We go to extreme lengths to simplify pricing. We charge a fixed trip charge for the response and then a
service charge, if any. The trip charge is determined by your location and the time of day. The service
charge is determined by the service performed.
 
Lockouts, as a rule, are a trip charge with no service charge. Re-keys are a trip charge, plus $7 to $12
per keyway. Price per keyway is determined by your door hardware. Other services, like keys for
vehicles, safework, etc. are priced by the nature of the task and its difficulty.
 
Trip Charge: 

Evans, Greeley, La Salle, Lucerne:
 
          Days $40.00. Nights, weekends and holidays, $50.00. 
  
Ault, Eaton, Galeton, Johnstown, Kersey, Milliken, Nunn, Pierce, Platteville, Severance, Windsor. 
                         
          Days $50.00 to $60.00. Nights, weekends and holidays, $70.00 to $80.00.
